5 WARDROBE ORGANISATION TIPS
We all have skeletons in our closet, well maybe not skeletons, but definitely mess! Here are 3 closet organisation tips that you could try to give your closet a new life.
1. Drawer Storage Boxes
To keep your closet drawers organised, try mixing and matching different sizes of storage boxes to meet your needs. These organisers come in very handy to store different closet essentials such as undergarments, accessories, or even clothes. This also allows you to utilize the entire drawer space so that you can store your items in a neat and orderly fashion.
2. Small Step Stool
For those of us that are not blessed with height, a common issue that we face is the wasted space at the top of the closet because it is too inaccessible. We end up chucking things that we don’t use there, and before you know it, that space is full of things that you don’t use. Hence, investing in a small step stool would allow you to reach these areas easily so that you can properly utilise the space instead of using it as a rubbish dump.
3. Command Hooks
Command hooks are lifesavers when it comes to closet organisation because there are just so many things that you could do with it! Instead of using bulky hangers that take up a lot of space, you could hang certain clothing pieces with command hooks to make it more compact. You could also use command hooks to hang scarfs or handbags.
4. Declutter Your Closet
This is not exactly an organisation tip, but it definitely makes organisation easier. You could do a closet purge every few months to prevent build-up of clothing that you don’t wear. By clearing your closet of things that you don’t wear, you have more space to better organise the pieces that you love.
5. Display Trays
Trays are a great way to display items in your closet. A helpful tip would be to display a few items that you use all the time on this tray so that everything you need is in one place, making it more convenient for yourself to get ready. You can also display your favourite accessories or perfumes on this tray so that you will remind yourself to use it frequently.
We hope these tips work for you, and we hope that you get to experience what it is like to get ready in a clean and well organised wardrobe.
