Minimalist Designer In Channel 5's Series Groom My Room
Groom My Room is a Singapore home renovation game show produced by Mediacorp. Its first episode premiered in 2005 and has been airing ever since in Channel 5. In each episode, the child contestant is given a budget and an allocated time to renovate the room according to the theme they chose. He/She is usually assisted by an interior designer to help them succeed and win the special prize at the end of each episode.
In this episode, our talented interior designer, Adheline, was chosen to assist Eason to plan and design his room. Through his ideas and Adheline’s expertise, they were able to renovate his bedroom and transform it into a chess-themed world; complete with moats, castles and even teepee tents! Catch our designer as she shows off her skills and see how minimalism can still be incorporated even in a themed children’s bedroom.
